Police have charged a 55-year-old Toronto man in a sexual assault case dating back more than two decades.
It’s alleged the man sexually assaulted a young boy he was babysitting between 1986 and 1989 and also sexually assaulted a woman between 1988 and 1989.
Officers arrested Chester Harper, 55, on Tuesday and charged him with buggery and six counts of sexual assault.
They believe there may be more victims who would have been in his care from the 1980s to the mid-1990s.
Harper is due in the College Park Courts on Friday morning.
